Pet owners across Australia trust Bravecto to keep their pet safe and protected, however a key insight showed us that many pet owners weren’t following up their treatments after 3 months or were late in giving their pet its next round of treatment.
To educate consumers about the product and ensure their pets are consistently protected, we present: Eli, Bravecto’s Pet Expert.
Eli is a smart assistant, designed to help consumers with all kinds of queries, from which product best suits their pet and their lifetstyle, to how to apply the product or even where to check their pet for exisiting ticks and parasites.
Eli can answer using a mixture of words, images and video content, which ensures the key messages are clearly and illustratively communicated, as long blocks of text can be tedious to read. The first phase of Eli is to be launched as a chat bot, with the second phase moving into app and voice development, using the learnings and outcomes from the first phase to optimise and adapt Eli.
The Australian education landscape on women’s sexual health is incredibly bland—lots of government-owned sites with tired aesthetics and overly clinical conversational tone. So much so that most young women don’t even consult these reputable resources and would rather turn to their friends for advice on contraception and sexual health.
Our job: to establish an attractive and relatable online brand and platform that educates young Australian women about contraception and empowers them to see their GP and advocate for their needs.
How we did it: The information on government websites has great bones…it’s just the way it’s delivered that deters our audience. So we took all the most trusted, most reputable information and gave it a Gen Z facelift. Introducing: The Down Low. Everything you need to know on women’s sexual health.

The Sydney Dogs & Cats Home (SDCH) is one of the only homes in NSW that doesn’t put down their animals. Because SDCH is in it for the long term, they can make real investments in their animals — unlike other shelters.
To take advantage of this point of difference, we want to encourage donations and increase adoptions by launching Rescue Plan, a special support fund for the pets at SDCH.
Rescue Plan collects a percentage of all donations received by SDCH. The money is divvied up amongst the animals at SDCH, taking into account variables such as age, total duration at the shelter, and other special/individual needs of the animal.
When animals are adopted, owners will be given access to their pet’s fund and will be able to use it to help pay for their new pet’s expenses — from vet bills, to food, accessories, grooming and other services.

The I Touch Myself Project has been a movement since 2014, following the passing of celebrated diva, Chrissy Amphlett of Divinyls. The project was created in Chrissy's honour with a mission to create educational forums that remind women to check their breasts.
This year, we want to do something different.
A lot of women don’t realise that the best time to check your breasts is right after your period. So, to remind women all over Australia to touch themselves, we want to partner with Moxie and make sure women get their monthly breast health reminder.

For all the hairy blokes who shave 24/7 — they really do deserve a discount on their razors.
Using face and body mapping technology, the Bear-O-Meter will determine how desperately a user needs a shave, and provide a personalised discount based on their “grizzliness”.
Unmissable moments are worth travelling for, but often, being away from work just isn't feasible. What if someone could just take your place?
Tigerair is serious about making sure you never have to miss out on travel, and knows that sometimes the barrier isn’t just financial. By incorporating an opt-in function to their booking page, Tigerair gives users the ability to select a Tigertemp — a professional who will cover them at work, whilst they’re away.
