Hey, I’m Margot. My mates call me Magz.
I’m a multi-disciplinary creative and department lead with 8+ years experience that gets teary-eyed at good design, reads a puzzling and contradictory array of book genres, and likes teach my kooky ways to emerging creatives.
Born in the US to French and Australian parents, I’ve spent the bulk of my career working in Australia across international and local brands bringing data and insights-driven ideas to life (and explaining to people where I’m from…).
I’d be lying if I ever said I stay in one lane—life’s short and silos are boring! From ideation, through to creation and production, I keep my hands avidly on the wheel and I'll never shy from adding a new skill to my arsenal.
Coming from a multicultural background myself, I constantly seek to champion diversity within the industry and aim to change it for the better; I’ve penned articles for B&T, featured on podcasts and engineered a new hiring approach for my agency. My career achievements have seen me nominated for awards in iconic Australian industry media such as B&T’s Women in Media (2021, 2022) and taking home a win in B&T’s 30 under 30 creative category (2023).
